QC Technician

About the role

As a QC Technician, you are responsible for hands-on quality control testing of clinical study materials. You work in a cleanroom environment and ensure that all testing, documentation, and lab processes meet strict GMP standards. You are not just executing tests. You are an essential part of the quality backbone of an innovative life sciences company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Executing QC test methods, primarily in-house developed methods
• Performing visual inspections (IPC) in a cleanroom environment
• Supporting dose audits and back-end testing activities
• Accurately recording and documenting test data in accordance with GMP requirements
• Handling, labeling, and managing samples, including post-sterilization logistics
• Supporting lab organisation, maintenance, and daily operations
• Working according to GMP procedures, protocols, and work instructions
• Assisting in deviation reporting and documentation, including NC/CAPA support

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a QC, laboratory, or GMP environment
• Hands-on experience with lab testing and equipment
• Familiar with GMP documentation requirements and data integrity principles
• Experience with ISO 13485 is a strong pre
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented
• Pragmatic and hands-on mentality
• Strong team player who can also work independently
