Clinical expertise and commercial drive rarely come in one person. If you're that exception, this role is built for you. As Dialysis Specialist, you bridge patient care and market launch. You support clinical sites, train healthcare professionals, and help a breakthrough vascular access technology reach the dialysis patients who need it. It's a field-based, home-based role across the DACH region, with real ownership of your territory and direct impact from day one.

About the role

You'll split your time between clinical site support, training, and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Concretely, you will:

  • Support clinical study sites with patient enrolment, device use, treatment follow-up, and protocol adherence in the dialysis setting
  • Act as the primary field contact for dialysis centres once the device is implanted and ready for haemodialysis
  • Support cannulation planning, conduit monitoring, and timely escalation of findings
  • Deliver in-person and remote training to healthcare professionals, study sites, and early commercial users
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive account onboarding, first commercial use, and adoption
  • Run practical site readiness assessments for early adopters
  • Collect and channel structured field feedback to inform launch planning and product decisions
  • Engage nephrologists, nurses, researchers, and key opinion leaders to communicate clinical value and appropriate use
  • Represent the company at scientific meetings and congresses

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in dialysis care, clinical site support, clinical studies, or early medical device commercialisation
  • A genuine commercial mindset and the confidence to partner closely with Sales and Marketing
  • Experience with dialysis technologies or vascular access is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with GCP and standards such as ISO 14155 is an advantage
  • Fluent to native level in German, plus fluent English
  • Willing to travel extensively across Europe (50%+)
  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Independent, pragmatic, reliable, and goal-oriented

What we offer

  • A pivotal role in the launch of a breakthrough technology that changes lives
  • A high-autonomy, home-based setup with real ownership of your region
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team where clinical and commercial work hand in hand
  • A competitive package, in line with experience and location
