About the Role

As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be at the heart of manufacturing high-quality medical implants in an ISO Level 7 cleanroom environment. Working closely with senior operators and Quality Control, you ensure every product meets the strictest safety and performance standards. Your precision and commitment to protocol don't just guarantee quality. They directly impact patients' health outcomes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Executing manual and automated production tasks in line with strict work instructions
• Manufacturing prototypes, test devices, and clinical implants with high precision
• Preparing materials and solutions required for production processes
• Conducting in-process checks (IPC) and documenting all activities meticulously
• Supporting quality inspections and contributing to continuous process improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows

Qualifications

You are the right candidate if you bring:

• A high school diploma (MBO4+) or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in producing delicate, high-precision products (preferably in the medical device industry), or 4+ years in cleanroom production
• Experience in quality inspection or stent production is a strong advantage
• Exceptional hand dexterity and a keen attention to detail
• A proactive, goal-oriented, and reliable attitude
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer tools
• A collaborative mindset with a drive to support and train junior colleagues
